This program is designed to help older adults increase strength and endurance to reduce their risk of falling.
Physical Wellness
This program is designed to help older adults create or maintain physical health, and can be used as a follow up to the Fall Reduction program
Yoga
This program is designed for older adults to focus on the connection between the mind and body. It promotes increasing flexibility, range of motion, and relaxation.
Creativity and the Arts
The purpose of the creative arts is to provide a meaningful activity and ultimately a product that benefits both those creating and the whole of society.
Rejuvenation: Skin Care, Foot Care and Massage
The purpose of this program is to bring the spa experience to residents. The skin and foot care programs help identify problems, help prevent other problems from occurring and relieve pain from existing conditions. The massage program is basic massage techniques caregivers can use to help residents with circulation, pain and simple relaxation.
Eating Well
Is an introduction to understanding the need for nutritional education in aging community and a guide for implementation of eating well programming for older adults
LEAP Beyond
This program is a comprehensive program consisting of education, awareness building and physical activity intervention strategies aimed at maintaining and strengthening activities of daily living. It is designed for more active older adults who are interested in improving their physical health through a regular activity program.
